Rachana Awatramani is the Founding Director of Insight Counseling Services LLP. She has done her B.A. in psychology, after which she has successfully completed her M.A. in Counseling Psychology in 2010. She has also completed an online certification in Psychology First Aid by John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and Psychology at Work from the University of Western Australia.
Rachana means ‘to create’, and she has been creating her own ways of dealing with the self and her clients based on sound scientific principles in psychology. She has worked with different schools and institutes in Mumbai like Fidai Institutions, Tata Institute of Social Sciences and Umang Foundation Trust. She is also the Trustee of Celebrating Life Welfare Trust. She conducts many training programs and workshops on various psychology-related topics in India.
